The new Alienware 51 gaming PC features a 16-core AMD processor

Alienware is seriously using the power of its Area 51 gaming desktop with the Intel Core X and AMD Ryzen 9 Threadripper processors.

The Zone 51 will not only be the first gaming computer to have these powerful CPUs, but Alienware has also acquired exclusive rights to use the AMD 16-core processor in its gaming PC. This means that you will not see any platform Threadripper from Asus, MSI or from any of the other typical gaming PC manufacturers.

That said, this exclusive agreement between AMD and Alienware will last until the end of the year. This also does not prevent users from buying these monsters pieces with computer stores or choosing them with personalized PCs built by Origin, PC Specialist and the like.

Combine your fierce gaming equipment with a Chromebook or surface book

In addition to the extreme options of the processor, the new region 51 brings, M.2 SSD as well as Intel Optane memory are introduced for the first time. With a maximum capacity of three graphics cards and a power option of up to 1,500 watts, Alienware Area 51 is ready to fulfill your craziest PC building dreams.

The Threadripper edition of zone 51 will be available on July 27, but prices have not yet been announced. Similarly, the price and availability of the Intel Core X processor variant must be available at a later date. Anyway, you can bet that both configurations will be costly.
